This professional development course provides you with everything you need to teach our Social Emotional Well-being course.

  • Instructional training videos for the educator explaining what we do and how we do it (including examples) when delivering our Social and Emotional Well-being course to K-12 students in the classroom.
  • Classroom Materials (including workbooks and videos for the students to watch)

After this professional development course, the educator will know how to deliver and successfully teach their students to develop healthy experience, expression, and management of their emotions. Their students will learn how to:

  • establish positive and rewarding relationships with others
  • identify and understand one’s own feelings
  • accurately read and comprehend emotional states in others
  • manage strong emotions and their expression in a constructive manner
  • regulate one’s own behavior
  • develop empathy for others
